SHIPPING POLICY

US:

All orders $40+ ship for FREE via USPS Priority Shipping -or- UPS, whichever is fastest.

All other orders ship for a flat rate of $4 via USPS First Class Shipping.


Canada:

All orders ship for a flat rate of $20 vis USPS International Shipping.


*All orders will receive a tracking number e-mailed to you.


PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days from East Tennessee. 


Return Policy

  • Please let us know of any issues with your order within 7 days of delivery.
  • If your order is incorrect or there is an issue with your UNOPENED jerky, we will correct the order ASAP.
  • Please note: We do NOT accept returns unless it was a problem on our end.
